I discovered coaching after spending years within corporations, on the people side of business in talent acquisition and sales management, and as a business owner. I wanted a career that supported others to live their highest vision of their lives and I was drawn to the strengths-based synergistic partnership of coaching. When coaching found me I knew it was right. It was the answer to the big question, “What is my purpose?”. Finding work that inspires, fulfills, and contributes to others is possible for everyone. When we tap into our natural gifts and talents we can create extra-ordinary and fulfilling lives.

I am a graduate of the Coaches Training Institute and Coach University. I have a Bachelors Degree in English and Political Science from the University of Vermont. I am a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and adhere to their Code of Ethics for coaches. I am a member of Business Network International (BNI), Boise Young Professionals (BYP), and the Executive Women’s Golf Association (EWGA).
