I first hired Rachel in early 2009 to help me with getting on track to find a job. I knew a little about career coaching but was stunned and amazed after my first session with Rachel. She helped me prioritize my thinking and helped me focus more on my strengths rather than weaknesses. More importantly, Rachel challenged me to improve my thought process and to be more goal oriented. Her gentle, yet firm approach is energizing. I now have two job offers that I am considering and Rachel is helping me sort out which one might be best suited for me. We are going to continue coaching even after I start work because I have found that she can quickly help me prioritize what needs to be done in my world.
